RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which mean you have 14 days after receiving you item(s) to request a return. All return will be done in the form of store credit. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For item(s) to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in, unworn, unused, with the tags still attached, and with the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you can either send your return to the address above or we can email you a prepaid shipping label. If you chose to have us send you a prepaid return label the amount paid will be deducted from your return total. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Product and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, that way we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned such as bibs, loveys, gift cards and sale items. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific items.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure that you get the items that you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Refunds are done in the form of store credit. We will notify you once we've received, and inspected your return. Once approved, you'll be emailed a code to use in the form of store credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at customercare@rhettandco.com.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING.
